The Bloomington Kitchen Incubator is a new non-profit organization in Bloomington, Indiana that was formed to support fledgling food businesses by offering business support and access to a commercial kitchen.

*POSITION AVAILABLE*
We are seeking a part-time director to work approximately 15 hours per week starting in January 2010. Duties would include recruiting new clients for the incubator, scheduling training events, preparing press releases, developing marketing materials, building relationships with small retailers, fundraising, and coordinating with Middle Way House to use their commercial kitchen. The starting pay is $10/hour and the director will also have the opportunity to take free classes in food safety and business planning.

2. Coordination with commercial kitchens, primarily Middle Way

4. Fundraising (writing grants, organizing fundraising events)
